Well bloggies I have BIG news!
I had a girlfriend who recently told me about her amazing job.
She also happened to mention that there was going to be opening in the near future.
So for a few weeks I waited to hear...
Then I got the email from my friend (props to katie) saying that I should apply and she wrote me a letter of recommendation!
I hopped right too!
A week later I heard that I had been selected for an interview. ( I guess I should tell you about the job)
The job is doing marketing for the Culinary Art Institute.
I will got to schools and trade shows and tell them all about the programs and college.
SOUNDS FANTASTIC!
When I'm not traveling I work from home!
Also I work a teachers schedule....Let me repeat.
I WORK A TEACHERS SCHEDULE!
So I have a large portion of the summer OFF!!
WAHOOOOOOO.
WAHOOOOOOO.
Anyway I am so excited. I have been keeping it under wraps because I was afraid to mention it and then be super disappointed if I did not get the job.
Also some of my work friends follow me and I didn't want them to hear though the Internet....I'll miss you Ashley and Jenn :)
Well three interview later....Here I am!
I put in my two weeks notice today....its was very nerve racking.
I'm excited to start this new journey and incredibly nervous too!
