Dublin Irish Fest

Ugg...its Friday. I am normally more positive about a new week but I just can't muster it today. I had a great weekend until 12 last night. I caught a sinus infection from Jared and spent most of the night awake or restlessly dreaming about the mafia... I know...weird right?
We went to the Dublin Irish Fest this weekend. I don't know that I have been to an event that packed in a long time. They had everything from Irish wolfhounds to people teaching you have to spin yarn. We had a really good time and ate tons of junk!

Pardon the bad quality but here is me and Annie with our Derby hats!

You can see the sand castle in the back that they carved in honor of the Irish fest

I also got to go out with some of my girls on Friday night. We went to this little restaurant called "Grass Roots,"  where some friends of our were playing covers for the night. Here is a picture of us on the patio.

I hit FIFTY followers over the weekend!
You guys are all so great and I love getting to share and peek into your lives everyday. Have a great week.

thanks for stopping by and saying hello! :) Being a good friend takes work, just like all good things in life, right? ;) The Irish fest sounds fun. I had to re-read the part about the Irish Wolf hounds. I read it too fast, and I read "they had Irish Wolf hounds teaching you how to spin yarn".... haha
